Refund Policy

At Social Sailor, we aim to provide memorable experiences. However, we understand plans change, and so we have laid out a clear refund policy:

1. No Refund on Cancellations

·         Once booked, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

·         If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Social Sailor, we will offer:

o    Transfer of ticket to a future date/event, OR

o    Refund to Social Sailor Wallet (not original payment method)

3. Refund Credits

·         All eligible refunds will be credited to your Social Sailor Wallet.

·         Wallet credits can be used for any future purchases or event bookings within 6 months.

4. No Show Policy

·         Refunds are not applicable in case of a no-show without prior notice.
