Mandala Art Date - For Couples & Friends

By booking a ticket and attending a Social Sailor event, you agree to the following terms:

1. A mandatory Food & Beverages cover charge of ₹500 per person is applicable at the venue and must be paid before the event begins.

2. Cover charges are fully redeemable and can be used to order items from the venue menu during the event.

3. An internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please review the total amount before completing payment.

4. Unlawful resale or attempted resale of a ticket will result in seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or compensation.

5. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.

6. In the event of workshop cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, floods, earthquakes, or other acts of God—no refunds will be issued. Participants may, at the organizer’s discretion, be offered rescheduling to a future event of similar value.

7. While we strive to start events on time, delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. By attending this event, participants consent to the use of their photos and videos for Social Sailor marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Refunds are generally not provided. Only in genuine, exceptional cases may a request be reviewed at the organizer’s discretion.

10. Refund requests require a video testimony explaining the issue, recorded by the host at the venue, and will be considered only after organizer approval.
